just another typical day, really nothing great happened, or any thing really unpleasant, work was a bit frustrating but then work is always a bit frustrating....as a friend always told me they call it work brcause all of the good four letter words were already taken, foots pretty good, still get a twinge every now and then but i'm going to try to play some golf this weekend, been about a month but ......ah well.......i've become addicted to ben and jerry's ice cream....the everything but the flavor is my fav.......i better start exercising or i won't fit under the bridge.....
