why is it the certain people feel that simple laws and rules do not apply to them, on my way from work i'm driving toward an intersection about to make a left turn with a solid green light......when all of a sudden from my right this guy with a red decides to make a left on red right in front of me.....well we missed but what was that all about.......now under special conditions....one if it's marked and two it's onto a one way street, left on red is legal in nys.......but none of the above applied here.........i just don't understand what some people use for brains........
