It’s been a quiet, restful, and stress free day. Never rolled out of bed until almost 10:00 AM. Except for a few household chores have just relaxed and enjoyed the fact that I had nothing whatever that needed to be done today………a nice toss salad for lunch with a homemade vinaigrette……tarragon infused white wine vinegar, evoo, salt, pepper, and shallots………over mixed greens, cucumber, tomato, some yellow onion, a few black olives and some mild hot peppers, and some fresh grated cheese on top, with a hard roll and iced tea…..very nice……just a full dressed burger for supper, but I forgot to put the bacon on again……..rats……
