The start of the day and the workday were a continuation of the off day I had yesterday, but I feel much better now. Made a quick pizza for supper, and put a pot unto simmer, ham hocks, garlic, onion, 2 chicken bullion cube, salt and pepper, after about 3 and ½ hours, cut the meat off the bones and added green split peas. Another hours and 15 minutes, pure comfort food heaven.
