it was a nice sunny day up here today...that's the good news .....no snow like they said might happen...even better news....but it was windy and colder than a witches' .....well....gosh....(trollie blushes.....)......just kicked back and relaxed today...busy day tomorrow....and a bit special....the composer of a couple of the pieces we're doing for north country choral is going to be at the rehearsal....kind of neat....and a bit scary......have had some fun with blogshares today,,,,been quiet over there and i've managed to latch hold of both MT and persianblog.....made rene a billionaire and in the process of trying to get IG near that mark too.....(trollie clears voice and sings) "they get high with a little help from their trollie".........sorry guys did mean to make your dogs howl.......

it's late and i'm tired and i should be tucked into my little bed, but i'm still the trollie that wanders in the night, had an easy day at work today, needed one.....went to get a snack earlier and realized that i was out of milk...not a big deal from my point of view but a huge problem from the point of view of my one cat, who was standing there waiting for her nightly splash of milk....and "crying" ....well i went out and got some milk....when i got back home there she was in the kitchen...staring at her empty dish....seeshhhh!!!!!....i'm too easy........

finished up getting caught up at work, was warm today but has turned cold this evening....watched survivor tonight, i can believe how often that game turns on a stupid decision by a weak player who has no chance of winning but really is in control and makes a bonehead call that will send them home quicker....some of those players are 5 watt light bulbs.....also watched some rugby....and the local boys class A soccer finals..all while sitting in a chair with two cats perched at awkward spots....i now have a sore back......looking forward to the weekend......i need the rest.......

it was a nice warm day today, was overcast and rained a little but was quite warm, for november, i actually had a reasonable day today....was busy all day but not with new work, with catching up with what has gone undone...still have one more thing to do and i'll be even with the 8-ball....i can never get ahead....not the nature of my job....but to be even would be nice.....but then i'm sure that evryone would thing i have nothing to do and load another 5 jobs on me......feel pretty good tonight, had a good choir rehearsal andam looking forward to the next to evenings with nothing scheduked when i can just kick back......

another crazy day, not quite as bad as yesterday but bad enough, was dead tired when i got home but after dinner felt much better, had a good rehearsal tonight, and tomorrow looks pretty easy so maybe will have time to play so catch up with what i've left un-done so far, weather is nuts as usual this time of year, should be in the 60's tomorrow but snow this weekend, it's a wonder we don't crack from the temperature swings.......

my dad has always said after a tough day " my mommy told me i'd have days like this....but not everyday"....well my mommy never told me i'd have a day like today.....mommy would not have used the only proper language to describe this day, and i don't think i'll use it either. i am so far behind after the craziness of today i may actually have lapped myself in reverse and be a head......and tomorrow promises to be almost as bad as today, all though short of the world coming to an end i don't think it could be worse......not to mention the weather which is cold and rainy and total bumming me out.......
on the bright side it's the 3rd of november and we don't have snow yet, i still need to cover some of my roses for winter but it was warm saturday and i hate doing it when it's warm, i still have flowers on some of the bushes....

tired, exhausted, nothing to say...night all

it's been a very nice relaxing day, boy did i need it, i'm sitting here with a glass of sweet wine, and a little britten in the cd player, well let's be honest, the young people's guide to the orchestra really can't be described as little but ah well anyhow...got up and decided i needed french toast, now i rarely eat breakfast at all but i occasionally will get in the mood for it and this morning was one of those times, but it's too much hassle to fix for one so i took myself to the local ponderosa for their breakfast buffet, their's is not like mother used to make but it's decent, and i like their sausage gravy and biscuits.....they also have corn beef hash which i love but i never eat it there because they don't have poached eggs and it is indecent to eat one without the other. came home and did the some yard work and then watched henry V on ifc.....wonderful film.....well it was a nice, warm fall day, which was nice after getting about 6" of rain over the last week or so, and i realized that it was almost 2 and i hadn't eaten lunch yet, said the heck with it , and decided to go and say good bye to doug (pro/owner) of the golf course i play at, i figured it would be too wet to play, but also that he'd be closing up shop after tomorrow and off south for the winter, we had a nice chat, and the course wasn't too bad, so i played a quick 6 holes and came home and had dinner....have played a bit of computer games tonight......and probably will watch monster garage later and then go to bed early....sundays are always hectic...(trollie looks up from keyboard, to see he's written a nouvelle.....oops...)
