today has been a rough day physically for me, i have problems with my arthritis particularly when the weather is changeable, or during the change of seasons.....fall to winter....winter to spring....i was so stiff when i awoke this morning that i could not get my one wrist to function properly....but took a few IB's and got thru the day...really busy this morning but got thru it and it calmed down in the afternoon...have kicked back and relaxed this evening....how be it a bit mindless...i actually watched bloodsport II on the tube.....very enlightening entertainment.....( ho boy).......Plan to just veg tomorrow....need to take a very hot bath tonight...that usually helps to relieve the stiff and sore joints....

oh what a lovely day we've had today, 45mph winds with gusts to 60mph......rain, mixed with snow and sleet and the kitchen sink i think....and we were lucky...the brunt og the storm went below us....which is kind of odd but the wind was out of the WNW....which is unusual for this time of year so the effect of the lake on the storm didn't hit us....now if the wind is out of the WSW then you may not here from me for days....i'd probably have to shovel snow out of the computer room to get to it......ok maybe not that bad but..........haver a busy day tomorrow and am tired.....haven't slept well the last two or three nights....but haven't gone to bed early enough either.......

weird work day....i was busy all day....not flat out but busy and really didn't accomplish much of note...spent the day fiddling with small projects.....had a cracker of a thunder storm earlier and it's supposed to turn cold and we should get some snow tomorrow...in fact there is a winter storm advisory they tell me....thunder rattled the house a little and my cats more.....the different reactions are a riot.....lilly cuddles.....aggie hides under the bed and smokie gets in a window and watches the storm.....of course i've always thought smokie was probably brain dead but she is a lovable little scamp...

a cold miserable day...and rainy too.....work day wasn't too bad and although i started the day feeling a little punk by quitting time felt much better.....isn't that funny the way that happens........no rehearsal tonight.....made some shrimp salad for supper.....could never do that when my cat jenny was alive....if i made pasta and didn't open a can of tuna i was in deep trouble.....and if i didn't leave enough in the bottom of the can...i was in even deeper trouble....i can still see that little scamp pushing the tin all over the floor and cleaning very visible morsel out of it....and a plague on them if one of the other cats interfered......that cat dearly loved tuna.......watched the all blacks beat south africa in the 1/4 finals of the rugby world cup......well time for bed......

man did i wake up in a fog this morning, i hate to admit it but i'm not as young as i used to be and something has to go on sunday....just too much for this old man to handle...on the bright side i've only got about 5 more weeks of NCC before the concert so i guess i'll just tuff it out.....and the truth is i can't choose....everything is something i want to do....enjoy doing....rats.......thankfully had an easy work day but tomorrow promises to be fairly busy....should be getting to bed but mind is not ready to be shut off......watched monster garage which i think is a neat show....really have gotten hooked to it.....which is weird in a way because i'm not a motor head....but like the show....oh and if i'm not busy enough with the music i got an offer to sing with a garage band....50's and 60's stuff...might check it out after the new year....have never sung with a group like that...and sounds like it could be a gas......night all

one thing i've discovered about spell check is that it can't seem to accept my complete disregard for capital letters....ah well thats's what the learn button is for.......

another cold but clear day here....very busy and i'm really tired but mind is in a whirl so will probably stay up a while...managed to get a deal in blogshares to push IG over the billion dollar mark .......had an enjoyable day...voice is shot right now but still had a great day....the composer of three of the pieces we're doing for the christmas concert was at the rehearsal today and we got to run thru them with him at the piano....really a great guy....neat music....first rehearsal with the children's choir as well....but am really too tired to make much sense here so will say goodnight
