a really hot day today, particularly for may....must of been near 80*F.....
i'm finally driving legally.....my registration was due april 25 and i forgot about it and never mailed the form in until the 19th....well here it is the 12th of may and it just got back today...my fault really but 3 and 1/2 weeks to travel the 200 some odd miles to the state capital and back.....oh did i forget the redtape, pencil pushers......bad trollie
still fighting this damn cold.....but haven't gotten much a;eep...Intended to go to bed early last night and didn't....bad trollie

i had intended to call it an early night, i've been up as the old folks would have said..."way past my bedtime".....the last two nights and am tired...so of course i started to fiddle with my template and looked up at the clock and nearly an hour has gone by....don't have it quite right yet but it's not bad and i'm going to leave well enough alone....well probably not knowing me but at least that is my intent....
i really like the new blogger but i have one minor problem with it...if you change the template you have to republish the entire site....and with a year+ with of entries that takes awhile....and if it gets hung on one like it sometimes does it will timeout and you have to start over again....took me 3 tries to get the changes published and one time it timed out at 99% done....nuts......i do hope they get that corrected because the changes they've made are really nice

well just after i posted earlier the driver showed up so i got out basically on time..my rehearsal is cancelled tonight, so i think i'll just hang out...have some yard work to do but nothing that can't wait...cut the grass last night and that is really the only must do job, with the rain we've been getting it's been growing way to fast...

this is getting to be real stale. i'm sitting here waiting for a resin truck to arrive. for the second time in a row the load is way over due. i'm being told that they had a breakdown. and he's due in within the hour. thankfully i don't have anything i need to do right after work but i did have somethings planned to do at home, and i am getting hungry....(/pity party)

i'm having one of those days that i find it hard to concentrate on anything....nothing seems to hold my attention for very long.....i think it's remarkable that you can have literally 100+ channels on the boob tube and there is absolutely nothing on that you want to watch.......on the other hand you can guarantee if there is one thing you want to watch there are probably at less 3 things....must be some corollary to murphy's law and if it isn't it should be
i'm rather pleased with the way the blog redo has turned out, and i think that i probably won't tinker much with it......the old design had got much too busy......like a pack rat it just kept throwing new things in without taking any old things out....

well i think i'm done re-inserting everything i wanted from the old blog. i may need to add a few more links to some friends sites but i think i'll wait on that for another day.....
what started out as a pretty raw day has turned nice this afternoon, and maybe we'll catch some nice weather for a change.....
i must say that i was disappointed with the way survivor turned out, i had thought that with a bunch of 2nd timers playing that the game would have been more interesting.....less predictable...
off to make supper

well i've been a little busy, i decided to change templates, and reduce the amount of links and add ons to the blog, with the comment feature blogger added i've decided to can the tag board, i've still got the code so i can re-insert it at a later date but for the time being...it's outa' here...

it's a miserable wet, rainy day, and i feel just about as bad as the weather...got very little sleep last night and at present i'm just trying to get through the day in one piece....
