to day was again a nice day for early spring, did a little yard work, did some shopping, took a short ride, although with gas at $2.40 a gallon i think i'm nuts but a ride has always cleared my head so to speak......watched some of the masters and then the ultimate fighter on spike.....it's late, a busy day tomorrow but i feel really good tonight, as good as i've felt in a long time and though tired am still in very good spirits and really don't want to waste it on sleep.....although sleep i must
