Although today was not the roughest day this week, I feel as physically low and depleted as I have in a long time…….next week will be a monster as it’s the week of year end inventory and many hours of stressful work so I will try to crash all weekend so I have then energy to get thru it………every year I get old it seems like year end is twice as hard………

Payday, errands, groceries and bill paying…..and a gentle night…….feeling better but need to get to bed early………of course every time I say that I end up staying up past midnight
