I have had a very low physical day today…fortunately I had a very limited commit to church today…just had to teach an adult CE class…and that’s all I did…did not attend a “service” this AM…just wasn’t up to sitting the extra hour…have had a split kind of day today…physically very …well…”off”…mentally a very distracted day…just haven’t been able to keep focus on anything…but spiritually not a bad day at all…just a very…well weird day…
