It’d been a tough day physically…had a very bad nights sleep…add that to an early in to work to get to church by 8AM…struggled with the voice in first service and CE class but got better in 2^nd service…hit the high note of the day clearer then I’ve hit it in weeks but had nothing left so skipped choral rehearsal…would have accomplished nothing if I had gone…

But a fairly gentle rest of the day…will watch Iron Chef America at 9 and then to bed…hopefully a better result sleep wise then last night…
