this is really weird, here i sit right in the middle of the area effected by the new east power black out and i have power, north and west parts of town are out but the southside where i live still has power, very strange, had to go out for cat food, and took better then an hour to run a 15 minute errand, no traffic signals and trying to find a store that had emergency power.....most of the stores are out in the area efffected.....really weird.......
