what an exhausting week, that finished with an utterly exhausting day, i was dead on my feet by 2 PM and somehow bluddered thru the reat of the day. my one foot is giving me fits and i can't decide whether i sprained it, over used it or it's the return of the gout (which hasn't bothered me in years)...or all of the above.....it did change my normal friday plans which consist of golf and a roast beef sub, weather was marginal but physical was way below that......
