today has been an up and down day, busy day church wise, got there before 8 and didn't get away until almost 12:30 and then daughter's for lunch........left about 1:45 as they had to go to his parent's place.......was feeling really good......got home and just crashed out both physically and mentally........very low afternoon.......can't remember the last time i felt that down.....
but feel much better now, but plan on calling it an early night
