was a pretty simple day again, 3 relatively calm ones in a row, and unless something pops out of the woodwork tomorrow i basically have friday off, need to go in for an hour or so but basically have the day off......must think about doing my taxes this weekend....have the software but just haven't had the motivation.........
made a pop of beef soup tonight and a bowl of tuna salad......that was a bit of a whim.....but i like mixing cold with hot........
while that was on the stove i broiled a veal chop for supper, with beets, a few banana peppers and a few stuffed grape leaves..........feel good tonight........am in a decent mood and physically feel pretty sound........
was a bit colder today and we are expecting a bit of snow over the next few days but spring is comin'........
