It’s been a weird day, I have had an ugly day in many aspects…I took a very nasty fall today…a very cold day which got my arthritis flaring… and a less then enjoyable work day…but despite the down side it’s been a decent day…I’m too tired and physically out of it but I feel decent. A nice supper…details tomorrow….maybe…with all the crap…relatively a good day
