interesting day we had are annual tribute to the military members of the church today, with fort drum and the 10th just down the road from the church it is a large part of the congregation....nice service.......
i did my usual crash and burn physically this afternoon, but figured out i was just a bit dehydrated and several glasses of ice water turned the trick and a feel pretty good right now.......
