a weird day, although i am physically very tired..........sore and stiff from working all day on the flower bed ( and although i say flower beds i really have very few "flowers" other then roses, most stock plants and evergreens).......my mind is still in a whirl......still racing.....still active........but then although the day featured intense physical labor, it was amiss of any real thought or stress........just putting things back into order.......a little frustration when i couldn't find the rocks i wanted for one of the beds....but that was quickly solved with a reasonable alternative........some thought and planning on where to put the plants i'd like to add.....but no stress.......which is totally different then the work day.......when stress is a given.......a physically demanding day yes....but no stress......therefore though tired physically i feel great.........
