Watertown, NY, USA . "Public Square" (vintage, date unknown) but the monument is honoring veterans of the American Civil War so the date of the image is late 1800s

what a screwie morning, i was on a dead run til noon...had one inbound, one outbound and several headaches...i got the inbound taken care of, he was waiting for me when i got in....went to open the door to unload the transfer and discovered that when the exchange was made yesterday the driver forgot that the trailer was a swing door and not an overhead and had pulled the trailer against the dock without opening the doors, nuts......called the trucking company to get that taken care of....then the outbound came....i do hope that there is a special place in hell reserved for anal retentive truck drivers.....and i was tempted to speed this guy on his way to that spot....usually it would take me 45 minutes to an hour to load a full out bound and it took almost two, this guy was looking ovcer my shoulder every minute and keep chnging his mind on how to space the load so it would scale, now i've been man and boy about 25 years on the shipping dock and have loaded 1000's of trailers and know what i'm doing...but this charcter was like andold maid aunt and it had to be done just his way...which i might add was ass backwards and if i was of an evil twisted mind i would have called out the DOT on him after he left because i doubt the load would scale the back axle withou a bunch of messing around...dang.....(/rant)....
