Watertown, NY, USA . "Public Square" (vintage, date unknown) but the monument is honoring veterans of the American Civil War so the date of the image is late 1800s

IG asked the difference in our two dialects of pig latin, in her type you move the first letter to the end of the word and add an "ay" so for example tag becomes agtay and trollie becomes rollietay and oh becomes hoay.now in the version i learned every word begins with a vowel therefore you would strip all the letters preceding the first vowel and add an "ay" so tag would be the same in both and rendered agtay, but trollie would become ollietray....now in the case of a word that begins with a vowel it remains the same but instead of adding an "ay" at the end you add a "way".......so oh would become ohway
