well i ended up with just a salad and some nice whole wheat rolls i got for supper, wasn't really hungry and didn't have the energy to do anything else, feel much better, almost lifelike but am exhausted and despite the early hour, i'm off to bed (trollie can be seen turning the lights off under the bridge and waving goodnight)
