what should have been a fairly easy day at work turned into an absolute freak show, the computer system was done briefly but the real problem was the phone system was messed up all day........apparently we had a problem with the lines into the plant, but also with our internal system.......and had two verizon techies running around all day........now i rarely have to use an outside line but had two vendor calls i had to make today, fortunately i got thru late in the day to both vendors, but as usual the one is turning into phone tag.......the company that does our reprocess for us, seems like it usually takes a couple of days for me to catch the person i need to speak to at her desk, and when she calls back, i'm not there.......so let the tag game begin...........
