oh the joys of spring...the black river is on the rise and if predictions are correct will crest sometime tomorrow at about 13 feet above flood stage.....somewhere between 12 and 13 feet the water will start coming over the wall that is about 150' from where i sit right now..but as long as that's the extent of it it will only puddle in the lower end of the parking lot and cause no real problem....but we will have to at least prepare for the worst......oh the joys of spring......sheeshhh!!!!!!
