Watertown, NY, USA . "Public Square" (vintage, date unknown) but the monument is honoring veterans of the American Civil War so the date of the image is late 1800s

it was warmer thursday and we got some freezing rain as well in the evening, was slippery yesterday and got light snow over night, just enough to hide the ice but not enough to bury it so it was very slippery today and you couldn't tell until you step on it that it was there....almost took a header a couple of times.....i am more then ready for spring and nice weather but here in the northcountry we can expect the nasty stuff until the end of march and even into april some years.....as if i need something else to add to my already busy sunday i have to go into work briefly(i hope briefly) tomorrow.....i think i mentioned that for the next several weeks production will be working 24/7....we are flooded with orders ( i guess i should explain that i work for a company that makes irrigation equipment) and need the extra production time....i don't work in production but in a support area and so i can get what i absolutely need to do on a non-shipping day done in a short time ( or at least in theory).......time to start thinking about calling it a night......
