i think i'm going around the bend, that my elevator is stuck between floors, i ran out to a grocery store, just to get something different for supper, not the one i usually shop at, which is very convenient, now they have nice produce but it's definitely of the "see spot run" variety, this other place which is cross town has more of a selection, well trollie loves eggplant, and they had some small eggplant that are white and purple strips, i love the small young eggplant, little veals if you will, well i got home, sliced it, put a little olive oil, salt pepper, put them in the oven for a bit and then finished them with a bit of mozzarella cheese, let the cheese melt and get all crusty, but here's the part about me wondering about myself, as i was taking the finished dish out of the oven, i realized that i had forgot to put the minced garlic on them, i'm so crazy for garlic that i've thought about putting it on candy bars ( well maybe not that bad).....but it was good anyhow....even if i am getting forgetful....
