i felt pretty good this morning but lunch just didn't settle very well and i feel pretty rocky this afternoon, supper went okay but the unsettled stomach is back so i might be coming down with the flu or something........just feel shaky tonight........
rehearsal went okay but i voice was a little rough and a bit out of control......my pitch which is usually rock solid was i little off tonight.......so i won't be at all surprised if i awoke tomorrow with a bad cold or the flu.......but it is the weather that usually produces that in me.......very unsettled......
