just was a brutally hot/humid day.......Temperature in he mid-90'sF and humidity approaching 100%.....now i realize that those numbers would not be that bad in certain areas of the world, but here in upstate new york....in the lee of lake ontario we will go whole summers and never see temperatures that high......to be honest -40*F windchill days in the winter are more common to our weather that +90*F days are.......a fairly routine day.......paced myself and feel pretty good tonight.......just ate a very light dinner and will have a late supper out in the garden once the heat abates........
