Watertown, NY, USA . "Public Square" (vintage, date unknown) but the monument is honoring veterans of the American Civil War so the date of the image is late 1800s

work went well today except.......for the most part just minor little problems that were easily solved, but had an out bound that turned into a freak show.....first i had two loads of scrap that i owed to this company...two totally different loads...and the driver didn't have the pickup number....so had to call the broker who wasn't in so that delayed me about 45 minutes.....then i had to load the load from an off dock with a portable plate....which slows things down....so the entire load i got the driver looking over my shoulder (which i truly hate) until 3 pallets to go.....i put 3rd to the last on and removed the plate........can't put the last two on with that plate on the trailer, so i go to get the last two and sure enough he'd pulled away from the dock and closed up the trailer........he spent the entire load ka-bitzing and asking dumb questions, basically questioning my ability to do the job, and then doesn't ask whether i'm done or not.....i just about when ballistic......didn't but boy i wanted to......anyhow
have spent a quiet night....did my banking and ran a few errands....then supper and cleaned up a little....grass can wait until tomorrow........actually it can wait until hell freezes over......nah......
i feeling tons better, cold is almost gone.....just a little tired tonight.......
