did not get good night's sleep and have felt a little off all day......work went ok and i stop and did grocery shopping tonight, what with this being one of those week when i had run out of everything and the fact that they'd had some things om special that i stock up on when on sale i spent like twice what i normal do.....have somethings now on hand that i will have for months.....need to think about stocking up on some extra can goods.......winter is coming and we can get "snowed in" from time to time and it is helpful to have a few extra cans of food round the house for such cases
beautiful clear night which means it could get quite cold, predicting about 15*F, rehearsal went great......off to surf
