work feeling punk this morning but had an easy day so took the afternoon off, did grocery shopping and then rested, rehearsal tonight went fine.....and i feel pretty good now, but i have to be half dead to miss a rehearsal, i really enjoy the making of music, it is when i feel the the most free, like a bird in flight........
