Watertown, NY, USA . "Public Square" (vintage, date unknown) but the monument is honoring veterans of the American Civil War so the date of the image is late 1800s

Tchaik 5 is roaring out of the record machine ( yah i know it's a CD player, but it's hard to leave go sometimes of childhood memories), a cup of tea.....one benefit of the blog is to give me somewhere to put the droppings when the poetic muse comes over me as it does from time to time, too often in the past i've just written them down on scraps of paper and most have been lost, mislayed or destroyed(which in most cases probably wasn't a bad thing) now i have a place to save them ( now there is a scary thought)........ i have loved limericks ever since reading Ogden Nash at a very young age, although i do sometimes write in other forms/styles.........ah the second movement of the Tchaik.........what a horn line........
