Watertown, NY, USA . "Public Square" (vintage, date unknown) but the monument is honoring veterans of the American Civil War so the date of the image is late 1800s

i don't know if i'm just tired or coming down with a cold or old age has been catching up with me but i've been real shaky this afternoon, there is a genetic weakness in the family to a bit of the shakes as we get older and it hasn't bothered me much lately but i've had a problem with it this afternoon, right in the middle of a pitched battle over in blogshares, drives me nuts, i had to put both hands on the mouse to kept in even reasonably steady.......but a good day otherwise, did go out for a few things, had a meatball hoagie for a late lunch and then broiled a couple of absolutely lovely center cut lamb chops for supper, a little mint jelly, some baby beets, and a side of pasta with roasted garlic, olive oil ( extra-virgin of course) and a little grated cheese, ice tea and some canned cherries , i feel great tonight but still tired....all in all not a bad day
