Watertown, NY, USA . "Public Square" (vintage, date unknown) but the monument is honoring veterans of the American Civil War so the date of the image is late 1800s

we got about 4 or 5 inches of extremely wet snow this morning between 8 and 10, really messed things up, made an easy day a challenge.....got home and they had already plowed and really put a load in the end of the drive way......took about 35 minutes to shovel and must of the time was cleaning out the mess in the end of the drive way......well by the time i got in i was pretty hungry but really didn't feel like fussing so just opened a can of sausage gravy and had it over english muffins with a few baby beets........got a call from the choir director telling me they had decided to cancel practice tonight, got a real laugh out of him when i informed him that i had already cancelled practice ( well at least for myself, i was just to beat up from the day and the shoveling to even think about going back out)
