went in for an hour this morning to work, and got called back in briefly about 4:30, actually felt really good this morning but as the day has worn on, have felt progressively worse, have a nagging headache.....anyways.........scrapped the idea of a steak and a fancy meal for supper and ended up just making a large toss salad.......but have basically vegged today......just have not been able to concentrate on anything for very long.......need to be up by six so am planning i any early night
