Watertown, NY, USA . "Public Square" (vintage, date unknown) but the monument is honoring veterans of the American Civil War so the date of the image is late 1800s

another hot day, work went ok other then the fact that just before i went to bed last night realized i had left the downstairs light on and managed to fall down the stairs, landed on my rump which probably did some brain damage but since i have so little left who could tell, was a bit sore today......
had to take an early run to the warehouse and on the way in a clearing in a wood lot saw just a beautiful doe with a pair of fawns..........not an unusual sight anymore......and this was within the city limits........
the family went out to dinner tonight for dads 90th birthday......went to a place outside of Carthage which i've never been to before, mostly steaks, seafood and italian , had a seafood platter which was broiled in a light white wine sauce, quite good and i love it when the meal is served in the bowl it was broiled in, all the tender, tasty little bits, a nice green salad and a side of pasta, maybe a bit pricey but well worth it........had never eating there before but will have to put it on my list
