Watertown, NY, USA . "Public Square" (vintage, date unknown) but the monument is honoring veterans of the American Civil War so the date of the image is late 1800s

i didn't post yesterday, a rare thing for me, but i felt badly as the night worn on, my own fault really but i really felt, well, unable to post and leave it at that..........
yesterday was a typical sunday, busy as usually, church picnic was yesterday and though i didn't go up to eat, it would have been entirely not right to not attend at all, being part of the worship team and teaching sunday school, i needed to at least make an appearance.........had a nice chat with several people.........
work , was well work, there is a reason they don't call it fun, ran a few errands and mowed the lawn, have been just hanging out tonight, feel much better now but was very rocky earlier in the day.......
i got a really interesting insight yesterday into a man i have know for near on forty years and really have never completely understood, a statement yesterday made clear many things i have never understood..........
may not post tomorrow, the kids and grand kids and great-grand kids are taking my dad out for his birthday, he is a WWII vet and will be 90 tomorrow..........
my dad is and always has been a great teaser, i got him recently, i took him out for dinner, and was remarking to him that you really know you're old on your son takes you out for dinner and you both qualify for the senior citizen discount.........
