"An explosion rocked an oil storage facility at the edge of Staten Island, sending black smoke and flames hundreds of feet into the air. Authorities said there was no indication of terrorism"....we have had explosions and fires in plants, refineries...etc...for years, but it is interesting how profoundly 9/11 has changed us, before if the possibility of terrorism was even mentioned, it would be mentioned last or as an aside, now it seems that it's the first thought that anyone has at a time like this......
