what a hassle this morning has been, watertown is divided nearly in half by the black river, and there are a limited number of bridges over it, i live on the southside but work on the northside, as i drove my normal 2 mile commute to work this AM, i discovered to my chagrin that there was a detour just before the bridge i normally use, dang, after some back tracking i was forced to use a bridge that while not really way out of the way requires making a left on to route 3 from a stop sigh at 7:45 in the morning, i think i must of sat there for 5 minutes before i got a hole big enough to stick my car in.....glad i left eartly thus morning...
