Watertown, NY, USA . "Public Square" (vintage, date unknown) but the monument is honoring veterans of the American Civil War so the date of the image is late 1800s

britten and diet cherry coke,.....just got back from border's, most people have just given up trying to figure out what to give me for my birthday, of course i'm not much help,i never know what to ask for, so they usaully give up and get me a gift card to somewhere, well i ended up with two to borders and bought 5 cds, the britten is the first one in the machine, also a v thomsom, elgar, a neat 2 cd set of baroque trumpet concertos, various composers but all solos by maurice andre, and finally medieval chants and polyphony by anonymous 4.........so there will be several hours of contented listen to new cds i'm sure.......there is probably a span of 600 yrs covered in these 5 from the medieval to britten and the thomson, but i really enjoy a wide range of music, but with few exceptions it would all fall into the classical mode.
