it's strange here we are a week or so before christmas and my only emotion is ....bah humbug.......as i get older i've gone thru who cares all the way to i hope we can get thru this alive and get things back to normal, half the staff is away on year end vacs and the rest of us are hustling trying to stay up........bah humbug......... very tried tonight...faure and coffee........got a chance last spring to sing in a local performance of the work, very enjoyable peice......not really difficult technically, but expression is critical.......and several good tenor section soli, always a treat........a neat part of it was that one of the pit musicians was my daughter, that was fun......
