Watertown, NY, USA . "Public Square" (vintage, date unknown) but the monument is honoring veterans of the American Civil War so the date of the image is late 1800s

it has been overcast most of the day, but some cooler, and a little less humid, work actually wasn't too bad, and i should be able to finish up in just a couple of hours tomorrow, but every time i say that, something....anything goes wrong and i get hung for longer then i expect.....
decided to cook my weekly trollie stew tonight, as it was cooler and it wasn't going to heat the house up to the point of me melting....have decided that the main meat that works the best is veal neck, which i can almost always get at one of the local markets.....this batch turned out great...added some carrots which i haven't used before and i think they will be there from now on....only problem was i thought i had more potatoes then i actually had...ah well....it is pot luck anyhow.....
have just finished watching american casino on discovery, i've really got pretty hooked on that show....and the channel for that matter....i probably watch discovery more then any other of the bazillion channels on the cable.....althought with the coverage of the tour de france i've watched a bunch of oln this week......
