very hot and humid today, really had a very noisy thunder and lightening storm, with some heavy rain late afternoon, and it's just very hot and humid again this evening.....because i live in an area that gets very cold in the winter, i just don't tolerate the hot humid weather, which is not that common in these climes....
back feel much better and actually i feel great if i could cool off a little....
