it's rained hard, on and off all day, had quite a thunder and lightening storm this afternoon, felt pretty rocky this AM, and then got soaked while loading a truck, and that just made me feel worse, had the chance so took the afternoon off, i still have like 4 and 1/2 weeks of vacation to use up and although i probably will take a week or two off, and really prefer to take 1/2 days....did my grocery shopping, didn't need much....couldn't find a cut of soup beef for my weekly pot but found some lamb and veal neck bones with a fair amount of meat on so will throw those in instead, but think i'll leave the tomato paste out, may not use cabbage either, see if maybe i can find some fresh green beans, but probably will just stick to the usual other than the meat....
have really not felt well all day so will probably try to make an early night of it....
