it's a grey,gloomy,dreary day and my mood fits the weather, i woke up with my arthritis really giving me fits and mood is pretty low, i had left some yard work for today and probably should have checked the weather forecast before i did....but i does now appear to be clearing a little....
but i am well rested and my stress level is down...i just wished i felt better....
