This has been one of those days, my left foot has been talking to me all day and what it has been saying is not repeatable here, but as the day has progressed it has quite shouting and now just an occasional whisper........fortunately i had no need to walk for needs, but it is something that i deal with from time to time, and I can't complain because  the damage that was done many years ago was for the most part self inflicted, years of sport and then several years working on a shipping dock, so many events that I've lost count, along time ago......
