have just finished supper, i'm tired but feel pretty good tonight, went to the adirondack museum with my daughter and son-in-law......i have been many times but each time they either have something new, or i see something i've missed before, was a bit uncomfortable because i guessed wrong on weather and really didn't dress warmly enough, and there are several buildings and much to see outside........by the time i got home i had quite a headache but i think most of that was hunger as i am feeling much better now.....all in all a great day......
