Watertown, NY, USA . "Public Square" (vintage, date unknown) but the monument is honoring veterans of the American Civil War so the date of the image is late 1800s

it's hot and humid today and although i feel better then yesterday i'm still a tad below par. got a break to day as the leader was away worship team did not sing in the services so i could go later then usual, and did not have to attend tonight..which was good indeed as the voice was a bit rough, when the arthritis flares i usually run a low grade fever, which usually gives me just a tad of a raw throat......
i suspect that i will be receiving any day now news of when northcountry choral will start rehearsals, usually we don't start until the end of september but with this being the 50 years deal, and the fact that we have commissioned a work in it's honor i suspect we will start early.....those rehearsals are sunday and will tax an already over loaded day....not to mention the voice.....i have pretty well decided to not sing in church choir this fall...with worship team NCC and teaching adult christian ed every sunday something got to go and church choir is it...besides because of the current makeup i have to sing bass......which i can do but really isn't my natural part and frankly i've grown tired of it....
i think i may investigate the possibility of taking a class at the local community college this fall......more for meeting some new people then for any other reason....but need to see if there is something that strikes my fancy
