i need to get my head out of my arse and get going this morning but i think my brain is socked in with fog......i was in bed before 9:30, but had difficulty falling asleep, not because i wasn't tired but just couldn't get comfortable, woke up in the middle of the night cold ( temp got down to 42*F).......feel ok physically but i just can seem to start the brain this AM......
