i hate it when my plans get changed, particularly when i had no plans to begin with (hehe)....the only plans i have for my vacation is to have no plan at all.....and to rest and listen only to whim and impulse....but sis called this afternoon....they had to leave dad alone for supper (he's 89 and lives with my sister's family) and wondered if i could take him to dinner, which i of course did..i've been thinking of asking him but something always seems to get in the way....usually work.....but we had fun and a decent meal....i like to tease him ( it's the family's favorite sport) about you know you're really old when your son takes you to dinner and you both get the senior discount.......
