today was a cold, wet, windy day and my arthritis has been really giving me a rough going over, with church and choral practice this afternoon i sat in some very uncomfortable chairs for way to long, and i'm very stiff and sore right now, will take a hot bath after abit and that should help......
except for the physical problems today wasn't a half bad day, i really enjoy singing and eventhough practicing can be tedious at times it still is fun, and there is nothing like the experience of being in the middle of the music being made......
